just what kind of team is it, and who is Jay Carr?

Jay Carr is a charicter in my story. he is a QB who breaks his shoulder blade on his throwing (right) arm, and has to go to a semi-pro team to prove that he is a great QB as everyone remembered. (he was the '07-08 MVP but broke the blade in the second round of the playoffs)

The team will be kind of like Texas Tech, throwing the ball 90+% of the time. ^^
Their # style will be like San Diego Chargers and their uniform I havn't thought of that yet.
